Crunchy okra taste without all the fat of deep frying. Baked okra is a good alternative. Easier too!
- 1 pound Okra
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Wash and slice okra, as for frying.
- Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until starting to crisp.
