Baked Okra

Crunchy okra taste without all the fat of deep frying. Baked okra is a good alternative. Easier too!

Baked Okra
  • 1 pound Okra
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Wash and slice okra, as for frying.
  3. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until starting to crisp.
