I’ve been writing this blog for 3 years now. In fact, I just looked back and see that I missed my anniversary – three years as of April 25th. I started with a blog post on the “Top 10 Ways to Reduce Your Stress.” During those 3 years I have written nearly 250 blog posts on a variety of topics.
There’s one topic that I am really passionate about: Cooking. I love to cook and to create new recipes. And I’ve also realized that I love to teach others to cook. I also firmly believe that knowing how to prepare meals from whole foods is the best thing we all can do to improve our health.
I’ve learned in these 3 years that cooking is something that some of us struggle with. It doesn’t come easy to everyone and can be intimidating. I want to help with that. I want to empower those who want to cook more. I want to show you the tools and techniques that will help you become a better cook.
I am currently in the planning stages of what all of this will look like, but I’m excited for the change. I’m thinking online classes, demos, hands-on classes, recipes, cookbooks. Really, the sky is the limit isn’t it? And in reality, the sky has no limit…

So exciting! 🙂
Thanks, Lisa! I’m pretty excited about the possibilities!
Sounds great to me. I would love to see you post some gluten free stuff, as well as incorporating recipes that would be good for migraine suffers in order to avoid possible triffer foods. Hope that helps and good luck!
Sounds Great Barbara! I know your passion will shine thru in your cooking! I would love to see some videos (you tube or other) where i can “cook along” like demo videos. Perhaps you will sell some of those in a library of topics? thank you!
