What are your New Year Resolutions?
I’ll be honest with you, I despise making new year resolutions. If it’s time to make a change, then make it. Don’t wait until January 1st. Still, as one year closes and another opens, it does cause me to pause and reflect.

Perhaps you do so too. Health seems to be a big topic for January. It’s the combination of the new year and all the over-indulging we did at the end of the year. If your new year resolutions are health-related, then you may want to review my 10 Reasons You Might Need a Health Coach. As a health coach, I focus primarily on chronic headaches and migraines. I work with my clients, but to be honest, they are the ones that have to do most of the work. It takes commitment. Commitment to free yourself of that head pain that is holding you back.


Do I offer you a cure for your migraines? I’m afraid not. You really can’t be cured of migraines, at least not with what we know today. Migraines are a neurological disorder with no known cure. Still, you don’t have to suffer with chronic migraines. I offer a program that helps to determine the cause of your migraines.

Because, as I like to say, “If you don’t understand what is causing your illness, all the medicine in the world will never bring true relief.” Even your doctor knows this, although he may not say it. How often do doctors give you preventative medications for your migraines and still tell you to avoid certain foods or bright lights or some thing they believe to be the cause of your migraines?

Doctors know, but they don’t have the time to devote to each patient to help them determine their own triggers. That’s where I come in. I have a program that works through the known triggers in a systematic manner until we reduce that long list of all migraine triggers to that short list of your personal migraine triggers.
